Maintenance Plans
A seasonal tune-up is the simplest way to avoid an emergency repair call when you least want one — the middle of winter or the peak of summer.
What's included
- Furnace inspection ahead of the heating season
- AC inspection ahead of the cooling season
- Filter checks, and replacement with a customer-supplied filter or one purchased through RineAir
- Electrical and safety control testing
- Thermostat calibration
- A clear rundown of anything that needs attention, no pressure attached
Why homeowners sign up for a plan
A maintenance plan puts both your furnace and AC on a yearly schedule automatically, so it's one less thing to remember. Well-maintained systems also run more efficiently and tend to hold up longer before needing a full replacement.
What a tune-up covers
Every visit is built around the system you actually have. Here's what each tune-up typically includes.
Air conditioning tune-up

- Electrical connections and capacitor testing
- Condensate drain check, to prevent clogs and leaks
- Blower and fan motor inspection
- Filter check, and replacement with a customer-supplied filter or one purchased through RineAir
- Thermostat calibration and a system performance check
Heat pump tune-up
- Refrigerant level check in both heating and cooling modes

Service agreements
A residential service agreement puts your equipment on a yearly schedule automatically, so tune-ups happen before the heating and cooling seasons without you having to remember. It also takes the sting out of the worst-timed breakdowns.
- 24-hour emergency service at our regular rates — day, night, weekend or holiday, a technician comes out without the after-hours premium
- Yearly tune-ups for your heating and cooling equipment
- 15% off parts for the year
Why 24-hour service is the big one
RineAir answers emergency calls around the clock, every day of the year. For customers without an agreement, a technician visit outside normal business hours is billed at time and a half. Service agreement customers get that same 24-hour response at our normal rates, so a no-heat call at 2 a.m. in January costs no more than the same call at 2 p.m.
Commercial customers: contact RineAir about a planned maintenance agreement built around your equipment and your operating hours.
